8:15 a.m. ALL STUDENTS ARRIVE AT MCLURG SCHOOL – on their own, there is no bus for this trip
8:15 Set up and warm up
9:30 Concert for McLurg School
10:15 Load buses with percussion and student instruments
10:30 Leave for Yorkton (eat bagged lunch on way)
12:45 Arrive in Yorkton
1:00 Unload at Yorkton Regional High School (150 Gladstone Ave)
1:15 Clinic with Ms. Kelsey Kuz
2:30 Load bus and leave for Gallagher Centre for swimming
3:00 Swimming at Gallagher Centre
5:00 Supper in Yorkton at Parkland Mall (and parking lot) (bring money or bag supper)
6:15 Load bus and leave for Regina
8:30 p.m Arrive at McLurg School ***all students to assist in unloading equipment, and all students to arrange for their own ride home***
