We are so excited to be partnering with Big Brothers and Big Sisters next year at Rosemont.  As part of this initiative, our students have the opportunity to participate in two wonderful summer programs:

Thanks everyone who came out to our SCC sign fundraiser!  It was a fun event and some beautiful signs were produced!  Thanks to our SCC, to the facilitators from Design Your Sign, and to No Frills who provided drinks and snacks. $10 from each sign goes to our SCC to help support our attendance incentives and other events in the school.

The SCC sign painting fundraiser takes place tonight at 6:00 p.m. Please enter through the community doors on the south side of the school on Horace, not the main entrance.  Please remember we are a scent free facility, do not wear perfumes, colones, scented lotions or scented laundry products. Thanks so much!

Unfortunately, we have had another family lose their home and belongings in a house fire this weekend.  We are looking for donations of new or gently used items for the family.  We will update this post with specific sizes and shoe sizes as we learn them:

Our grade 5-8 students had a special presentation by Constable Petkau about cyber-bullying, internet safety and social media use and misuse.  Thank you, Constable Petkau, for the important information and for reminding us of how our actions online can follow us for a lifetime.  Our students learned how to be responsible online.  Parents, please remember to monitor

The SCC executive had a scheduling conflict so the AGM has been postponed until Tuesday, June 25 at 6:00 pm in the library.  There are 2 vacant positions on the executive!  Please consider joining our team!  See you on the 25th!
