We are SO excited that school is finally starting up again. September 3 is the first day of classes and school begins with a recess at 8:38am. Anxiety Parenting Group over the Summer
See the poster for more information on this group. Many of our students experience anxiety and often families do not know how to support their children. This is an excellent 5 week program for interested families.
Attendance Matters Draws!
Congratulations to the winners of our attendance matters draws. Students with 96% attendance for the school year and less than 7 lates were awarded new backpacks and were entered into a draw for a bike, helmet and lock sponsored by our SCC and Canadian Tire! There were 3 draws. The K-2 winner was Moo Hai, 3-5 Bennet and 6-8 Deegan!

Each summer the RDIEC partners work with several community and provincial organizations to offer Summer Skills Camps focused on hands-on learning for middle level students, grade 7 – 9 .
